Recognised within the Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, the firm has a growing Corporate team.Employees benefit from flexible working options and the opportunity to work alongside recognised Partners.DescriptionThe Corporate Senior Associate will be: Advising on complex M&A and private equity transactions Working on IPOs, public takeovers and cross border deals Managing transactions from inception through to completion Drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation Working closely with private equity sponsors, listed companies and UHNW family offices Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the teamProfileThe Corporate Senior Associate should be: A solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate law Experienced in M&A and private equity transactions Comfortable managing complex matters and client relationships Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills Commercially aware with strong attention to detail Able to work effectively within a high performing collaborative team Interested in developing their career within a leading regional law firmJob OfferSalary ranging from £85,000 to £95,000.Bonus potential of up to 35%.25 days of holiday leave.Hybrid working arrangements for improved work-life balance.Private medical cover for health and wellbeing.
