In this role, youll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in patients homes. Your work will help individuals regain independence, achieve their rehabilitation goals, and improve their daily living skills.

*Service Area:* Omaha and surrounding communities

*Key Responsibilities*

* Implement individualized care plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. * Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance patients functional abilities. * Accurately assess, document, and report patient progress. * Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure holistic and effective care. * Educate patients and families on treatment plans and daily activity strategies.

*Qualifications*

* Active *Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)* license in the State of Nebraska. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. * Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. * Experience developing and implementing individualized care plans preferred.
