This position is full-time during tax season (Jan-Apr, Aug-Oct) and flexible for the remainder of the year, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a balanced schedule.This position begins as an in-person position, for training. Remote work can become a possibility for the right candidate after in-personal trial period.Responsibilities:Preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returnsBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with clientsCollaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate filingsStay up to date on federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirementsYou’re Perfect for This Role If:You have 3 - 5 years of experience preparing individual and business tax returns, preferably using UltraTax software.Credentials of CPA or EA designation, PTIN registrationYou’re detail-oriented, organized, kind of obsessed with accuracy and love spreadsheets.You are familiar with Google & Microsoft Suite, UltraTax, Onvio, Sage, QuickBooks, Quicken, and cloud-based portals.What You Get:Competitive salaried pay DOE and credentials, 401(k) with company match.
