Role Description The Creative Director role at Śasva Parfums is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Creative Director will lead the overall creative vision of the brand, overseeing concept development for fragrance launches, campaigns, and visual storytelling across channels. This role will guide and mentor creative teams, review and refine design work, and ensure consistency in brand identity across packaging, digital assets, retail, and experiential activations.
The Creative Director will collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to translate brand strategy into compelling creative ideas and executions. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing photo and video shoots, approving artwork, managing timelines for creative deliverables, and maintaining a cohesive, high-quality brand presence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to shape and communicate a clear brand vision.
- Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction, ensuring cohesive identity across packaging, campaigns, and visual touchpoints.
- Hands-on experience in Graphic Design, with a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual systems.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and collaborating with marketing, product, and retail stakeholders.
- Background in luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial; perfumery experience is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, brand-building work, and integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in photography and videography personally is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and feedback skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both creative and non-creative partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
