Key Responsibilities1. Delivery OperationsBuild and maintain operational workflows for creative delivery across brand, digital, video, and web projectsWork closely with account and delivery teams to forecast bandwidth and staffing needsEnsure timelines, dependencies, approvals, and review cycles are tracked and visibleIdentify risks early and proactively escalate blockers before they affect delivery2. Process & Systems OptimizationImprove how work flows through the organization - from briefing to final deliveryStandardize templates, review systems, intake processes, naming conventions, and delivery cadences where requiredPartner with leadership to reduce inefficiencies, duplication, and unnecessary reworkDrive adoption of operational best practices across teams
- Creative Utilization & ReportingTrack utilization, workload distribution, and delivery efficiency across creative teamsBuild dashboards and operational reports for leadership visibilityMonitor operational KPIs such as turnaround time, rework rates, delivery adherence, and team bandwidth
- AI, Tools & Operational InnovationIdentify and implement tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, visibility, and operational efficiencySupport adoption of project management and collaboration systems across teamsExplore AI-assisted documentation, tagging, reporting, and workflow automation opportunitiesDigital Asset Management & Knowledge SystemsBuild and maintain structured systems for managing creative assets across design, video, presentations, web, and digital projectsHelp build internal knowledge systems for reusable frameworks, references, pitch material, and creative documentation
Desired Skills & Experience5-8 years of experience in creative operations, project management, delivery operations, or agency workflow managementPrior experience working in an agency, studio, digital, or creative environment is strongly preferredStrong understanding of how creative teams function - including design, content, video, web, and digital workflowsExperience managing resource allocation and delivery planning across multiple simultaneous projectsFamiliarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Click Up,Keka, Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion, Air table, or similar platformsStrong operational thinking with attention to detail and process disciplineComfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and fast-moving teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCalm under pressure and capable of bringing order to operational chaos
