Creative Project Manager

Profiles is hiring a Creative Project Manager for a premier financial client on a 6-month, extendable basis. 2-3 days a week on-site is required. Summary Take initiative to identify and address process gaps during downtime from active routings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Demonstrate a project manager mindset by taking ownership of the Creative Routings Space, overseeing and coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities Lead the routing and maintenance of creative assets in PDF format across various channels and partner platforms within the system of record. Drive consultations on timing and schedules to ensure punctual delivery of projects aligned with SLAs.

Lead the scheduling and facilitating of meetings aimed at reviewing feedback and providing decisive guidance on creative pieces. Proactive tracking of routing data across partnerships and projects. Take ownership in the development of metrics reporting, utilizing tracking data as a primary source.

Provide regular status updates and adeptly address impediments to delivery teams, internal stakeholders, external partners, and LOBs as required. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of experience within the creative process management space or another similar area.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and driving projects forward independently. Strong familiarity with Agile principles, demonstrating an aptitude for adaptive project management methodologies.
