Job Title:Part Time Credit Controller Location: Southport (Office-Based) Contract Type:Temporary to Permanent Hours: Part Time Overview We are recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Part Time Credit Controller to join a well-established business based in Formby. This is an excellenttemp-to-perm opportunityfor a motivated individual looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Ledger:Raising invoices, allocating payments, assisting with customer account management.
Credit Control:Monitoring outstanding debt, contacting customers, and maintaining accurate records of collection activity. Bank Reconciliations:Completing regular reconciliations and investigating discrepancies. General Finance Administration:Filing, data entry, updating spreadsheets, and supporting month-end processes as required.
Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role (sales ledger, or credit control experience desirable). Full training will be provided. Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team essential. Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career prospects.
