The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a small team of crew members in both high-end residential and commercial lawn maintenance settings. They ensure tasks are completed efficiently, maintain a safe working environment, and uphold quality standards to meet client and company expectations.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Supervise 1-3 crew members, assign tasks, and balance workloads.
• Coach and support crew members on job responsibilities and safety protocols.
• Maintain a professional image of service vehicle and crew.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on trucks and trailers.
• Maximize efficiency and meet budgeted hours.
• Provide on-the-job training on safety practices and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on completed work and address any deficiencies.
• Identify sales leads and upsell opportunities on maintenance properties.
• Report any accidents or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• *Qualifications:**
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
