Schedule & Call: Shift Type: 8- or 10-hour shifts 8-hour shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM 10-hour shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM Practice Model: CRNAs supervised by MDs CRNA-to-MD ratio: 3:1 MDs perform their own cases 9 anesthesia rooms Case Types: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, OB EMR / Charting System: Meditech / paper Incentives: $20,000 completion bonus $5,000 if provider starts 2/1 2/16 $15,000 after completion of 520 hours in 17 weeks Travel & Malpractice Covered
