Role Description

We are hiring a Crypto Research Analyst to support research, analysis, and strategic insights across cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and digital asset trends. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused entirely on cryptocurrencies, tokens, blockchain networks, and crypto-native environments.

The role involves analyzing crypto market trends, token performance, sentiment, liquidity, and on-chain activity to understand how digital asset ecosystems develop and respond to market changes. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast who actively follows exchanges, DeFi platforms, token markets, blockchain projects, and Web3 communities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cryptocurrency markets, token sectors, and Web3 ecosystem opportunities

• Monitor market sentiment, liquidity trends, token performance, volatility, and trading activity

• Identify patterns across exchanges, DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and market structure

• Track on-chain activity including wallet movements, transaction flows, and capital distribution

• Support development of crypto research insights based on market trends, liquidity, and ecosystem activity

• Evaluate how crypto market participants react to news, listings, launches, protocol updates, and macro developments

• Prepare reports on crypto market behavior, sentiment shifts, volatility trends, and emerging digital asset opportunities

• Collaborate with team members on research, strategy, and crypto market initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and digital asset markets

• Active engagement with crypto platforms, exchanges, DeFi ecosystems, or Web3 communities

• Understanding of market behavior, liquidity, volatility, token models, trading activity, and capital flows

• Familiarity with on-chain data, blockchain explorers, analytics tools, or crypto research platforms is a plus

• Strong analytical, research, and pattern-recognition skills

• Good communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: CAD 95,000 - CAD 115,000 per year depending on experience
