We’re recruiting on behalf of a family-owned manufacturer with 65+ years in business, 200+ employees, global facilities, and a recently expanded plant. Demand is strong with orders scheduled years ahead.

Quick Snapshot

• Open Roles: Machine Builder / Assembler; Welder / Fabricator
• Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay: Machine Builder/Assembler — upper $20s/hr | Welder/Fabricator — $23.00–$28.00/hr
• Extras: Voluntary overtime, long-term stability, career growth

• Can you read blueprints and mechanical drawings with confidence?
• Do you enjoy assembling complex, large-scale industrial machinery?
• Have you worked with hydraulic and pneumatic components?

• Bonus: Any prior welding experience?

For Welders / Fabricators

• Can you interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately?
• Is MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless part of your toolkit?
• Do you fabricate and assemble custom equipment from the ground up?
• Will you inspect your work to ensure every spec is met?
