Customer Account ExecutiveMy client is a global packaging company, being one of the largest companies to provide innovative solutions to various markets worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Account Executive to join their team in Belfast.This is a Full-Time, Temporary position to then go Permanent thereafter.Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5pmWith a salary of £26,000 per annum.Job Purpose:As a Customer Account Executive, you will be working within the Customer Service Department which will include a client facing position with filing and administrative duties. You will be a direct link between customers and the business while ensuring that all filing and documentation storage procedures are followed.Essential Criteria:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels - with strong customer facing skills.Highly analytical and good attention to detail.Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.Flexible approach to working hours.Desirable Criteria:2+ years' experience within a similar role.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Filing of product specifications and job bagsRaising internal product specifications which will be used for manufacturing purposesProcessing purchase orders & raising internal job bags for productionEnsuring that all relevant information is communicated to the customer & internallyThe ordering of tooling & printing plates
