You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand architectures, diagnose incidents, and improve the overall health and reliability of our cloud-native products. This role emphasizes deep product knowledge, strong collaboration, and hands-on problem solving to deliver world-class support. You will contribute to scalable, secure, observable systems and be a key ambassador for customer success.

This is a technically focused role with meaningful impact on how customers operate in Kubernetes environments at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Interact with customers to resolve incidents and improve reliability of Isovalent products on Kubernetes• Apply SRE practices to on-premises and cloud deployments• Develop deep understanding of customer architectures and configurations• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support customers and improve health visibility• Respond to and learn from incidents, contribute to knowledge bases and post-incident reviewsResponsabilidades• 6+ years of direct experience supporting enterprise xqbhyrx customers in a technical capacity• Experience securing OS instances, applications, or distributed systems• Experience operating Linux systems• Experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)• Demonstrated expertise in networking concepts across OSI layers 2–7Requisitos principales•
