If you possess a strong, team-oriented work ethic with a desire to learn then we are looking for you! We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Admin Representative. This position is based out of our facilities in Nanaimo, BC.
This is full-time – Monday to Friday, from 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Our team enjoys a regular work schedule, competitive wages, and great benefits. Responsibilities Answering customer calls and providing them with the assistance they need such as quotations, product availability, order status, etc. Processing incoming orders by phone, email, and web portal Invoice and billing for external distributors Processing payments via credit card or EFT and applying payments to customer accounts Initiating, maintaining and processing service requests from vendors Assisting walk-in customers and processing payments Organizing and filing delivery slips, proof-of-deliveries, and invoices neatly Tracking customer concerns and preparing weekly reports We Offer Competitive wage Comprehensive benefits package including: RRSP, health, dental and employee & family assistance program 100% paid training and extensive orientation Exciting variety of duties in a positive work environment On-going coaching from your supervisor and the leadership team A fantastic full-time work schedule – no evenings or weekends.
