Customer Operations Intern (Customer Support – Chat & Voice)

Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore

Employment Type: Internship (6 Months)

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for energetic and customer-centric individuals to join our Customer Operations team as Interns. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Operations Intern, you will support both national and international customers through chat and voice channels while learning the fundamentals of customer support in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and voice support.
• Assist national and international customers with product and service-related concerns.
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and response time metrics.
• Learn company products, processes, and customer support best practices.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and good typing speed.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Work Details

• Process: Blended (Chat + Voice)
• Shift: 24x7 Operations (Any 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Week Off: Rotational

Internship Benefits

• 6-month paid internship.
• Monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
