Position: Customer Success Associate
Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai
️ Working Days: Monday to Friday, If a query comes in, you’re expected to respond even on weekends, with a compensatory off provided later.

About the Rol
eWe are hiring for a Customer Success Associate role with a fast-track pathway into Solutions Consulting. This is not a traditional support role. You will work closely with enterprise clients, understand their business challenges, and help translate those into effective product-led solutions.
Over time, you will evolve into a role that involves solutioning, product storytelling, and strategic client engagement with senior stakeholders
