Customer Service Recreation Attendant

Join our team as a Customer Service Recreation Attendant at Bill Copeland Sports Centre. Provide exceptional support and oversee a safe ice skating experience for all visitors. The Bill Copeland Sports Centre and affiliated recreation sites are inviting applications for the Recreation Attendant 1 position.

This role centers around maintaining a fun atmosphere, supervising skating activities, and working in the skate shop. Your focus on customer service will help promote a welcoming environment for the community's families and children. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor public skating sessions to ensure safety on the ice • Engage with customers to provide outstanding service • Manage skate maintenance and sharpening tasks • Educate visitors about proper equipment fitting • Assist with other related duties as necessary Requirements: • High school graduation or equivalent education • A strong skating background and prior arena sports experience • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask effectively • First Aid with CPR-C training preferred Serve the community by ensuring a safe and enjoyable skating experience at Bill Copeland Sports Centre. #J-18808-Ljbffr
