Customer Service Representative Location: In-Office, Mississauga Employment Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.50–$20.50/hour (pending final confirmation) Start Date: ASAP Job Overvie wWe are looking for a Customer Service Representativ e to join our Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment The primary responsibility of this position is to track and trace customer shipments, monitor shipment visibility, update customer reports, and proactively follow up on shipment exceptions to ensure timely communication with customers. The role involves a high volume of manual shipment tracking and status updates across multiple systems .Key Responsibilitie sTrack and trace customer shipments to ensure accurate shipment visibility .Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on exceptions .Update customer reports and maintain accurate shipment information across multiple systems .Communicate shipment updates to customers in a timely and professional manner .Manage a high volume of shipment inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail .Work independently to ensure customer expectations are met .Qualification sPrevious experience in customer service, transportation, or logistic s is preferred .Strong organizational and time management skills .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .High attention to detail and ability to multitask .Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment .Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems .Additional Informatio nThis is a full-time, ongoing contract, in-office positio n .All required equipment will be provided on-site .Immediate start available .
