Be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
Provide product information and assist customers with their orders. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and maintain records in our database.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy. Proficient in using customer service software (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Automotive or Bus/Truck part sales a plus.
