Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:This is a fully in-office position. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our PHS Branch. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients—answering inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to service completion.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-personDelegating lead flow to Sales DepartmentSchedule appointments and dispatch service techniciansProvide information about services, pricing, and timelinesResolve customer concerns with professionalism and careMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and service detailsProcess Payments and StatementsHandle administrative tasks such as data entry and billing support Requirements:Minimum of 2-years' Experience in a Professional Setting (Reception and/or CSR)High Diploma (or Equivalent)Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset and positive attitudeGood Adaptability Skills (Able to Remain Calm During Stressful Customer/Employee Encounters)Detail Orientated/OrganizedIndustry Knowledge is preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive hourly payPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for growth within the companySupportive team environment
