Position Overview
We are seeking a highly personable and motivated Client Concierge to be the voice and face of M.I.T. Consulting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meaningful interactions, is energized by building relationships, and enjoys helping others. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing the client experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls promptly and professionally, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and solution-oriented.
- Attend in-person meetings and client events across the city, representing M.I.T. Consulting with poise and professionalism.
- Conduct proactive outreach to past clients to express appreciation, collect feedback, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Call existing and prospective clients to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and provide timely updates.
- Respond to inbound calls from potential clients to introduce M.I.T. Consulting’s services, build rapport, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Serve as the trusted liaison and main point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication.
- Accurately log and update all client interactions and notes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client expectations are not only met—and exceeded.
- Represent the M.I.T. Consulting brand with a confident, professional, and warm demeanor on all calls and in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client service, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in person.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calls.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation for local travel.
