Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays if needed
