Job Description Job Description Customer Service representative and quote generation Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experienced in a fast-paced environment and can multitask while dealing with customers and communicating internally with production, Quality control, and Engineering departments. Experience working in manufacturing facility. Principal Duties: accommodate expedites. customer contact to provide information to Responds and resolves issues and or unique or complex request from customers. Candidate should be a natural problem solver who continuously strives to provide excellent customer service and extraordinary customer satisfaction. Must have strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail. Maintains files of P.O.’s and associated documentation. Files may be hard copies or soft copies. Assist accounting and sales in investigating customer disputes, verifying pricing, and resolving discrepancies. Coordinate information between sales, production and customer.
Review customer P.O.’s for accuracy against Sales Quotes Create sales orders Process sales orders Liaison between customers and Manufacturing team Data entry Heavy phone traffic, Answer Customer inquiries & order status via telephone or emails Generate professional emails to customers based on internal communications Must work well under pressure Willing to learn technical information Understand and efficient with Quick books, excel, word, Provide status updates to customers as requested Minimum Qualifications: 3 years customer service with a manufacturing company Collage degree preferred 3years’ experience in customer service Computer literate I.E. Microsoft Excel, Quick books, word Excellent organizational skills Familiar with AS9100 practices
