Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support to executives, managers, or teams. The Virtual Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, data entry, document preparation, and customer communication while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize email inboxes, calendars, and appointments Schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual events Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports Assist with document preparation, editing, and filing Maintain confidentiality of company information Support team members with administrative tasks as needed Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) Reliable internet connection and home office setup Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management or CRM tools Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge Experience working in a remote environmen
