Responsibilities: Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questions Provide quotes and support new and existing clients Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly Maintain accurate records in our system Support the team with daily office tasks Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills Highly organized with strong time management skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems Positive attitude and willingness to learn No insurance experience required we provide training About Us: We are a growing insurance agency in the Lehigh Valley Area with three locations in Allentown, Bethlehem and Northampton focused on providing excellent service to diverse communities and building long-term relationships with our clients.
