Role Description
- CRM & Data Management
▸ Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data, interactions, and project history
▸ Generate reports from CRM tools to track client engagement, pipeline status, and follow-up schedules
▸ Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all client records at all times
- ▸ Leverage CRM insights to improve client retention strategies and identify upsell opportunities
- Client Interaction & Relationship Management
▸ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
▸ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
▸ Conduct regular client meetings (in-person, virtual, or telephonic) to discuss project progress
▸ Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns, and relay them accurately to the internal team
▸ Ensure a positive and professional client experience at every touchpoint
2. Design & Production Team Coordination
▸ Act as the liaison between the design team, production team, and clients
▸ Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across departments to ensure project alignment
▸ Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are met within stipulated timelines
▸ Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve inter-team dependencies
▸ Organize and lead coordination meetings between teams when required
3. Daily Work Status Updates to Clients
▸ Prepare and share clear, concise daily/weekly project status reports with clients
▸ Document and communicate any changes in scope, design, or timelines promptly
▸ Ensure clients are consistently informed and never left waiting for updates
▸ Maintain a professional communication log for each client project
4. Production Calendar Planning
▸ Plan and manage the daily and weekly production calendar in coordination with team leads
▸ Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
▸ Anticipate workload requirements and flag resource gaps in advance
▸ Maintain an updated tracker of all ongoing and upcoming project tasks
