Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a regional and national sales director, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family - my wife is a high school math teacher, and we have two boys.
I stay actively involved in the community through my church and the Rotary Club. For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is family-oriented, upbeat, and supportive.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Richard Kobasic - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
