We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional administrative and sales support. What You'll Be Doing As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project runs smoothly by: Delivering outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while managing their accounts Preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce Processing customer orders, invoicing, and payment information using QuickBooks Coordinating installation schedules, project timelines, and customer appointments with internal teams Providing customers with regular project updates and responding promptly to inquiries Maintaining accurate customer information and documentation across CRM and accounting systems Supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through final project completion Assisting with administrative duties, reporting, and business support for management Participating in team meetings and helping improve customer service processes Creating and scheduling content for the company's social media platforms Ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly and professionally What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service professional who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications include: Minimum 5 years of customer service, customer support, sales support, or office administration experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data management Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management software Experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are encouraged to apply: Awnings Shade products Construction Manufacturing Building products Custom fabrication Textile or fabric products Experience coordinating installations, managing custom orders, permit processes, or working with motorized shade systems is considered an asset.
