Customer Success Advisor | German

Your responsibilities :Provide customer service in both German and English by phone, email, and chatSupport customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order statusPrepare quotes for software licences and renewalsFollow up on quotes to support the sales processProcess orders accurately, ensuring correct details and timely deliveriesCommunicate with suppliers to coordinate quotes and ordersWork closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent serviceKeep databases updated with customer and order detailsSupport with other related administrative or service tasks as neededRequirementsTo excel in this role, you’ll need:Fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1-C2), spoken and writtenAt least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, administration or inside sales (B2B)Interested in IT/software industryStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a changing environmentUniversity degree or equivalentHighly organized, pro-active, detail-oriented, and good at multitaskingStrong with numbers and comfortable working in a commercial environmentCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsBent u de juiste kandidaat voor deze functie?
