As a Customer Success Manager, your world is helping customers succeed: guiding new customers through onboarding, helping them adopt the platform in their day-to-day workflows, and ensuring they get real value from Gearflow. Who we\'re looking for
We are looking for a driven, exceptional Customer Success professional who thrives on building relationships and helping customers succeed. You should be proactive, highly accountable, and energized by working directly with customers to help them solve real operational challenges.
You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring our customers see measurable value from Gearflow.

Your responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Build strong relationships with fleet teams and operational leaders
- Help customers adopt Gearflow in their daily workflows
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and success reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand usage and improve customer outcomes
- Work closely with our Product and Sales teams to share customer feedback
- In-office role based in Chicago
The following experience is relevant to us
- An exceptional person with a track record of building strong customer relationships
- 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS customer-facing experience
- Experience working with construction, fleet operations, or industrial industries is a plu
- Experience at a startup is a plus
Compensation
Your compensation package is a combination of:
- $105k OTE
- Performance bonus tied to customer success outcomes
- Healthcare and 401k
