What You'll Do:
Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, retention, and growthConduct QBRs, customer reviews, workshops, and strategic engagement meetingsBuild customer success plans aligned with business goals and KPIs Manage escalations and drive resolution in collaboration with internal teamsDevelop Go-to-Green strategies for at-risk accountsMonitor adoption trends, health scores, and customer usage patternsDrive customer enablement, product adoption, and ROI realizationMaintain accurate customer records and success plans in CRM toolsAnalyze customer health and engagement metricsIdentify churn risks proactively and execute mitigation plansSupport renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesPartner with Strategic Client Executives for account growth
