Customer Success Manager - FinTech / E-Trading
Are you passionate about deepening client relationships, problem‑solving in real time, and working at the intersection of technology and global markets? A rapidly growing financial technology firm is looking for a Customer Success Manager. This is an opportunity to work within a high‑performance environment supporting institutional clients across electronic trading, multi‑asset execution, and advanced workflow solutions.
In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to clients by strengthening relationships, improving adoption, and ensuring they get maximum value from the firm's trading technology. You'll collaborate across internal teams while serving as the primary point of contact for a diverse client base that includes banks, brokerages, and trading technology users.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of institutional trading clients.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key users, decision‑makers, and executive sponsors.
- Identify opportunities to expand usage through consultative upsell and cross‑sell support.
- Ensure successful rollout of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Coordinate across internal teams to resolve issues, onboard new clients, and drive satisfaction.
- Contribute to new initiatives that strengthen the broader client success function.
What You Bring
- Experience in client success, account management, trading technology, or brokerage/financial services.
- Great understanding of electronic trading; knowledge of FX
- Familiarity with eFX trading platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, resourceful, and relationship‑driven approach to client engagement.
