Role Overview Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager – responsible for driving quantifiable business impact across our most complex, often multi‑org Signature customers. This individual contributor acts as a primary strategic partner, maintaining a continual focus on the customer's business goals to improve adoption, technical health, and expertise to realize maximum value from their Salesforce investment.
Responsibilities Strategic Accountability and Account Leadership
Determine when and how to engage clients based on calculated ROI, ensuring all activities translate directly into tangible value.
Own the Signature experience across complex, multi‑org customers, organizing information across multiple work streams into comprehensive success plans.
Act as the central resource for the team and the customer, connecting necessary expertise and resources.
Craft a clear engagement charter with specified goals and metrics to ensure alignment across internal and external teams.
Align the Account Success team and internal stakeholders around the customer's business and technical goals to deliver value through the Signature offer.
Design multi‑step digital workflows that free the CSM for high‑stakes relationship building.
Segment customers by human vs. AI support needs to optimize resource allocation.
Trusted Advisory and Executive Influence
Cultivate and maintain relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, demonstrating genuine commitment to customer goals.
Navigate internal organizational dynamics to achieve results, drive consensus, and influence key stakeholders.
Combine expert Salesforce knowledge with deep business insight to deliver effective recommendations and advance core business goals.
Amplify the voice of the customer within internal teams to maintain focus on customer success.
Develop strong working knowledge of Salesforce's major solutions and the broader product ecosystem.
Mentor team members to accelerate their development and contribute internally.
Domain Expertise and Risk Mitigation
Identify problems early and apply escalation playbooks for high‑value renewals or at risk Go‑Live dates.
Guide customers through AI governance frameworks, trust layer best practices, and safety‑by‑design implementation.
Use AI tools for account‑level pattern recognition and access automated root‑cause analysis reports.
Question assumptions to uncover root causes and reveal new opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
5‑6 years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or strategic consulting.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated influence at all levels, including executive and C‑level.
Ability to handle objections, navigate complex discussions, and drive alignment; persistence in the face of adversity.
Clear articulator of roles and responsibilities among collaborators, serving as the central resource for technical and business alignment.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Cloud/Platform Requirements
5‑6 years experience supporting customers using Tableau.
Strong understanding of analytics strategy and data‑driven decision making.
Knowledge of Tableau governance models, including content management, permission strategies, and data source certification.
Understanding of Tableau Cloud/Server administration and deployment options.
Familiarity with advanced features such as parameters, calculated fields, LOD expressions, and data blending.
Knowledge of Tableau + Salesforce integration (CRM Analytics, Einstein Analytics, embedded analytics).
Certifications: Desktop Specialist, Data Analyst, Server.
Preferred Requirements
Multiple Tableau certifications (Desktop + Server/Cloud).
Experience supporting enterprise Tableau deployments.
Understanding of data architecture and semantic layers.
Knowledge of Tableau Pulse and AI‑powered analytics.
Note This role is office‑flexible; the expectation is to be in‑office a minimum of three days per week.

Compensation The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 – $227,000 annually. In California and New York, and select South‑East locations, the base pay range is $180,200 – $247,900 per year. The range represents base salary only; it does not include bonus, incentive, equity, or benefits.
