Client Success Manager/Customer Success Manager
Experience: 3–6 years
Role Summary: The Client Success Manager owns client relationships post-sale and is responsible for client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and growth. This role ensures clients achieve measurable business outcomes using our media and advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own client onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Conduct regular business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
• Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with Media Planning, Ops, Sales, and Tech teams
• Handle escalations and ensure SLA adherence
Required Skills:
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in ad-tech, digital media, or SaaS preferred
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• CRM experience is a plus
Success Metrics:
• High client satisfaction and retention
• Revenue growth from existing clients
• Strong internal collaboration
