Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
- Understand customer concerns quickly and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve support processes.
- Work within defined SLAs and ensure consistent performance.
- Identify and share insights from customer interactions to improve products and services.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in customer support roles.
- Strong proficiency in email, chat, and voice-based support.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and offer constructive resolutions.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Notice: 0 to 15 days of notice period
- Location: Injambakkam ECR, Chennai. Work from office only
