Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Associate Location: Believers Destination, Magnus Tower, Sector-73, Noida Work Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM Preferred Candidate: Residing with family in Noida, greater Noida or Nearby Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Communicate clearly and courteously with students and parents. Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools).
Maintain and update data records accurately. Prepare daily and weekly reports. Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks. Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
Provide basic technical support (login assistance, form updates, minor troubleshooting). Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good command over MS Excel and basic computer operations. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.
Basic technical understanding is a plus. Preferred Candidate Profile Based in Noida, Greater Noida, or nearby regions. Immediate joiners preferred.
