This is a great opportunity for an Estimator or Estimator/Surveyor to join a steadily growing and stable business.

As a Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing roof tenders and promoting a high-quality range of various roofing contract services. Key Responsibilities of the Roofing Estimator : * Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes. * Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference. * Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide regular reports to management. * Requirements of the Roofing Estimator : * Proven experience in pricing Roofing projects. * Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and techniques. * Proficient in using estimating software and tools. * On offer for the Roofing Estimator * E) + Car Allowance. * Pension scheme. * 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays. * Free parking. * Ongoing training and development.
