Customer Support Executive - Voice Leading IT firm in Kochi, looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound voice calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls in a professional mannerRetail Voice SupportAssist employees of clients through calls.Provide help regarding employee queries.Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficientlyEscalate complex issues to the appropriate departmentMaintain records of customer interactions in the system
Basic Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/Call Centre/Customer SupportEducational qualification - Plus two and aboveExcellent Communication skill- Speaking (CEFR-B2)Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.Immediate joinerWilling to work in rotational 9hrs shift (8hrs work+1hr break, mostly night shift )Rotational week-offLevel 1 hiringSalary offered- 2,72,300 to 3,50,000 LPALocation- Kochi (Kakkanad)Cab availability from 6.30PM-6.30AM within 25KM premises of office
