Job Description:
We are looking for candidates who have 1 year of experience in Live Chat with Good English communication skills.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG) can apply.
- 1 Year Mandatory Experience in LIVE CHAT (With proper offer, relieving and pay slips - Documents should be proper)
- 5 Days working / 2 Days Rotational Week Off
- Rotational shifts (Which will include night shift as well).
- Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Job Location :Perungalathur. (Within Boundary Limits)
- 2-way Cab will be provided.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred (Who can join with us within July 2026).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage live chat sessions with international banking customers.
- guide users through the KYC verification and document submission process.
- Resolve queries regarding transactions, account and digital banking.
- Maintain high accuracy and data security standards.
