Job Overview A-Better Heat & Air Conditioning, a leading Oklahoma-based HVAC contractor with over 40 years of trusted service, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our team. We specialise in providing a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, from central air conditioning units to ductless mini-splits and indoor air quality systems. Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary duties will include: * Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, and our website. * Efficiently scheduling service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations for our team of certified technicians. * Providing clear and accurate information to customers regarding our products, services, and pricing. * Maintaining and updating customer records with precision in our company database. * Addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive outcome. * Liaising with the technical team to coordinate scheduling and ensure seamless service delivery. * Following up with customers post-service to guarantee satisfaction and gather feedback.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, call centre support, or administration. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner. * Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software systems. * A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * Previous experience in the HVAC or a related trade industry is advantageous but not essential.
