D365 Business Analyst

Overview

We're hiring a Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365

Join our team supporting the transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’re looking for someone experienced — no time for ramp-up — with at least 2 years hands-on Dynamics 365 work.

Base pay

Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Run and eventually write test cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements


• Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements


• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and documentation

Must Have

• 2+ years with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights, etc.)


• Strong skills in writing user stories, testing, troubleshooting


• Automation testing and scripting knowledge

Nice to Have

• Dynamics 365 certifications


• Power Platform familiarity (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
