Job Description – Data Analyst (3+ Years Experience) Job Title: Data Analyst Experience Required: 3+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau to derive actionable insights from data and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and business insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau. Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate meaningful recommendations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Automate recurring reports and data processes using Python. Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic business performance reports.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence initiatives. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization Experience working with relational databases Knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC is preferred Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field Experience in automation and reporting solutions is a plus Good communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: Experience with APIs and data integration Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure/AWS Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing Tools & Technologies: Python SQL Power BI / Tableau Excel Pandas / NumPy MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
