About the Team: We are looking for two years experienced Data Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on HR metrics, employee data management, and reporting.
You will work closely with HR leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve processes, and enhance employee experience. What Would This Role Entail? This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data to generate insights that support strategic HR initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key HR KPIs such as recruitment, retention, engagement, and workforce diversity. The role requires close collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights that enhance HR processes. You will also contribute to the design and implementation of HR analytics tools, conduct predictive analysis to anticipate trends, and ensure strong data integrity through best practices in data management.
Additionally, you will support various HR projects with data-driven recommendations and stay updated on the latest trends and tools in HR and data analytics. Necessary Qualifications/Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field. ● 1.5-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within an HR department. ● Must be proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms. ● Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and best practices. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. ● Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively. ● Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Zimyo, Keka, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus. ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. ● Should be comfortable with traveling or deputation for a few months on a project basis. ● Apps Script/Python is must with minimum 3 years of experience ● Spreadsheet skills should be a must, along with automation. ● Must be able to build machine learning models to scale data and make predictions using historical data. Role Expectations: ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data. ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS & HRMS systems. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. ● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. ● Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Understanding of local political landscape Good to Have Skills: ● Basic knowledge of politics and the nature of India’s democracy ● Understanding of HR tools or ATS platforms. ● The candidate should be open to travel as needed.
