Задачи

• Own complex data initiatives from initial concept through final implementation
• Set direction and independently lead high-impact data projects
• Influence business and product strategy by challenging assumptions and identifying new opportunities
• Communicate a clear technical vision and strategy to technical and business leaders
• Create a central source of truth that enables organization-wide decision-making
• Establish simple, scalable solutions and data best practices across the company
• Unblock engineering teams that depend on data work
• Mentor colleagues through feedback and code reviews

Требования

• Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker
• Ability to break down complex problems, prioritize effectively, and align work with strategic goals
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and translate complex insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to structure projects and prioritize tasks and solutions by impact and effort across cross-functional teams
• Curious and experimental mindset with a drive to iterate and improve
• Nice to have: Familiarity with big data tools
