Role Overview As an IT Systems Leader , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, cloud environments, user support operations, and asset lifecycle management. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless technology operations while enabling innovation through secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
From cloud administration and Microsoft 365 management to supporting next-generation AI hardware, you will play a critical role in ensuring technology remains a strategic enabler across the organization. What makes you right for the role? Infrastructure Ownership Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Cloud Operations & Optimization Administer AWS and Azure environments, manage cloud resources, monitor usage, optimize costs, and support infrastructure requirements across teams. IT Service Excellence Lead end-user support operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive efficient resolution through ITSM and ticketing platforms. Security & Access Management Manage user provisioning, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration, and endpoint security while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Asset, Licensing & Cost Governance Oversee software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, cloud spending, and emerging AI infrastructure costs while identifying optimization opportunities. Network & Systems Administration Support wired and wireless networks, VPN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking components with a security-first approach. Emerging Technology Enablement Support and manage next-generation AI infrastructure, including high-performance computing environments and AI-accelerated hardware platforms.
Process Improvement & Knowledge Leadership Drive IT operational excellence through documentation, automation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The person we're looking for 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management within corporate environments. Strong hands-on experience administering Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS environments.
Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and device management solutions. Experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, including resource management, monitoring, and cost optimization. Exposure to software licensing, SaaS subscription management, and cloud cost tracking.
Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting. Experience working with ITSM and ticketing platforms such as Jira, Freshservice, or similar tools. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Exposure to high-performance computing infrastructure or AI-focused hardware environments is an added advantage. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive improvements, and deliver exceptional user support experiences.
