Hiring: Data Engineer Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST Contract Duration: 1 Year Experience: 6–8 Years Apply: [email protected] Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring high-quality, reliable data systems that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and document data pipelines and data engineering solutions.

Build and maintain scalable data transformations, data structures, and integration workflows. Ensure compliance with data governance, architectural standards, and business requirements. Develop and maintain current-state documentation for data platforms and processes.

Support and enhance existing data solutions to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure seamless data delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while ensuring continuity of service.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Data Engineering best practices. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Hands-on expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, and/or MongoDB. Experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformations.

Knowledge of data integration tools and frameworks. Experience with object-oriented programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results. Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Skills Experience working in enterprise-scale data environments. Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures. Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies is an added advantage.
