For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Director D365 Business Central to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements.
The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $217,500 – $296,300 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations from planning to support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to identify and meet business requirements
- Develop and improve processes to enhance service delivery and contribute to the knowledge base
- Provide consulting services and recommendations that align with client objectives
- Deliver clear project status reports and ensure proactive client engagement
- Facilitate meetings, conveying complex concepts to all audience levels
- Act as the main contact for D365 Business Central inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting
- Design and deliver training programs for client and employee proficiency in D365 Business Central
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience with D365 Business Central implementations
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams and client engagements
- In‑depth knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear messaging and presentations
- Client‑focused with the ability to understand client needs and buying behaviors
