Job summary
Growing aerospace company is seeking a versatile Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to help facilitate to our end-to-end material workflow. This active, split role combines precise internal warehouse control with local driving. You will split your time between auditing parts kits, supplying the production floor, and driving company vehicles to handle offsite material pickups and final customer deliveries.

Responsibilities/daily tasks
- Inventory Verification & Auditing: Audit incoming parts kits against official pack lists to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and account for variances.
- Visual Documentation: Photograph and systematically document the condition of both inbound shipments and outbound products for quality assurance records as required.
- Material Dispersal: Issue manufacturing supplies and raw materials to production personnel in a timely manner to maintain optimal workflow.
- Warehouse & Bulk Handling: Manually transport, organize, and store bulk materials and heavy items securely in designated inventory zones.
- Logistics & Delivery Operations: Operate company vehicles safely to execute final product deliveries directly to client locations.
- Offsite Material Retrieval: Coordinate and execute the pickup and transport of materials from various offsite vendor facilities and storage locations.
- Facility Maintenance & Safety: Maintain continuous organization, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance throughout the department and warehouse spaces.
- Policy & Procedure Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company guidelines, safety protocols, and operational procedures outlined in the company handbook.
- Operational Adaptability: Execute additional tasks, cross-functional duties, and special projects as requested by management to support changing business needs.
Qualifications
Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Operate motorized vehicles and material handling equipment safely.
Utilize Microsoft Office and basic computer systems proficiently.
Apply strong basic math skills for count accuracy.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail on audits.
Lift 80+ pounds frequently throughout the shift.
Stand, stoop, bend, and twist repeatedly during work.
Work flexible hours between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Commit to working weekends and long hours when needed.
Maintain excellent, on-time daily attendance.
Stay consistently productive throughout the entire workday.
Display a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Take direction well and master new operational ideas quickly.
Bring a positive attitude to the workplace daily.

Relation of the position to others in the company
