Delivery Lead

MCS Group is delighted to be working with an established and growing Belfast-based technology business as they look to appoint a Delivery Lead to support the continued evolution of their delivery function.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering innovative software solutions to a well-established client base, taking ownership of strategic delivery initiatives and playing a key role in shaping customer outcomes.The successful candidate will sit at the centre of delivery operations - working across Product, Engineering and client stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, priorities remain aligned and delivery excellence is maintained throughout.The RoleAs Delivery Lead, you'll take ownership of delivering key initiatives from planning through to completion while managing delivery relationships across a portfolio of strategic clients.Working closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams, you'll translate business priorities into clear and achievable delivery plans, maintain oversight of progress and risks, and ensure communication remains effective across internal and external stakeholders.You'll play a key role in keeping delivery moving at pace while helping evolve delivery standards and best practice across the wider function.Key responsibilities include:Leading the successful delivery of multiple projects and change initiativesActing as a key point of contact across clients and internal delivery teamsCoordinating work across Product, Engineering and QA functionsManaging delivery timelines, dependencies and risksEnsuring stakeholders remain informed through clear communication and reportingDriving consistency and continuous improvement across delivery processesSupporting effective resource planning and delivery execution across workstreamsWhat You'll BringWe're keen to speak with candidates who combine strong delivery capability with excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.You'll ideally have:Eperience within Delivery, Project Management or Programme Coordination in a technology environmentExperience managing client relationships, ideally within strategic or enterprise environmentsStrong organisational skills with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyExposure to cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering and QA teamsConfidence facilitating discussions and influencing stakeholders at varying levelsA practical and commercially focused approach to problem solvingExperience working with Jira or similar delivery toolingPrevious experience supporting delivery functions within software environments would be advantageousWhat's In It For YouCompetitive salary of £65,000-£80,000Hybrid and flexible working arrangementsContinuous professional development opportunitiesEnhanced annual leave entitlementSalary sacrifice pension schemePrivate healthcare and wellbeing supportHoliday trading schemeTo speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Matthew Rainey at Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
