Delivery Manager

Role Description Lazer is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the development of enterprise eCommerce platforms on Shopify. In this role, you will own the client relationship, manage budgets, and oversee the entire project lifecycle from strategy to execution. Acting as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and Lazer’s internal teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

You will drive the strategic direction of projects, manage competing priorities, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. Your expertise in eCommerce, particularly Shopify, coupled with your project and product management skills, will empower you to lead complex platform migrations and deliver innovative solutions for enterprise clients. Qualifications Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or similar role, with a focus on eCommerce and retail.

Extensive knowledge of Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, including platform migrations, custom development, and integrations. Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks. Proven track record of delivering large-scale eCommerce solutions on time and within budget.

Expertise in creating and managing project plans, tracking dependencies, and mitigating risks. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams. Demonstrable ability to resolve disputes, overcome challenges, and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.

Requirements Experience in managing platform migrations from systems like Magento, Salesforce, or BigCommerce to Shopify Plus. Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and CMS integrations (e.G., NetSuite, Sanity, or Manhattan). Shopify certifications are a plus.
